适用范围
为贯彻执行地震工作以预防为主的方针，使预应力混凝土建筑结构经抗震设防后，减轻其地震破坏，避免人员伤亡，减少经济损失，制定本规程。本规程适用于抗震设防烈度为6度至8度地区的现浇后张预应力混凝土框架和板柱等建筑结构的抗震设计；抗震设防烈度为度地区的预应力混凝土结构，其抗震设计应有充分依据，并采取可靠措施。

【摘要】:TheserequirementscovertheOutlineofInvestigationforPowerCableAssembliesIssueNumber:2.pendantandnon-pendantpowercableassemblies("pendantpowercableassemblies"and"powercableassemblies")forinterconnectingorpoweringunitsofacommunicationsorsimilarsystemwheretheassembliesareoutsidetheunitenclosuresandinstalledinareasaccessibleonlytoqualifiedpersons.Theseproductsconsistoffactory-mademultiple-conductorassembliesofconnectorstopowercablesinwhichalloftheconductorsareinsulated.TheyareforconnectionontheloadsideofListedovercurrentdevicesofa-cord-ccircuitsasspecifiedinSection240-21(a)oftheNationalElectricalCode,NFPA70-1999.Theyarenotfordisconnectionunderloadandaresomarked.Powercableassembliesareratedinvoltsandamperes.Theircurrentratingisthemaximumloadinamperesforthecableinfreeairat30~C(86~F),withderatingofthecableampacityasspecifiedinSection400-5or318-11oftheNationalElectricalCode(NFPA70-1999)whereappropriatebecauseofthenumberofcurrent-carryingconductors.PendantpowercableassembliesconsistofListedTypeWportablepowercablesorListedbus-dropcablesfactory-terminatedateachendtoListedfemaleconnectors,wireconnectors,orothermeansformatingtomaleconnectors,power-supplybusbars,orfield-wiringterminals.Matingconnectorsareidentifiedontheassemblyorinaccompanyinginstructions.Forfasteningtothebuildingstructure,asupportdeviceneartheupperendofeachcablekeepstheweightofthecablefromapplyingtensiontoanywiringterminalatthesupplyorloadconnections.Thelengthofcablebetweenthesupportdeviceandtheupperterminationdoesnotexceed6feetor1.83meters.Strainreliefisalsoprovidedateachend.Non-pendantpowercableassembliesconsistofListedTypeTCpowerandcontroltraycablesfactory-terminatedatoneorbothendstoListedmaleorfemaleconnectors,wireconnectors,orotherwiringdevicesformatingtoconnectors,field-wiringterminals,otherterminations,orpower-supplybusbars.Whereoneendisnotterminated,theconductorsareforindividualterminationinthefieldusingwireconnectorsListedfortheconductormaterial(copperoraluminum)andsizeandforthesolidconductorsortheparticulartypeofconductorstranding,numberofstrands,andsizeofstrandsusedinthecableconductors.TheseassembliesareappropdateforuseincabletraysasspecifiedinArticle318oftheNationalElectricalCode,NFPA70-1999.Whereinstalledinanareainwhichtheassemblyisprotectedfromphysicaldamage,nomerethan7feetor2.1metersofthecableistobeexposedbetweenthecabletrayandtheequipment.Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisOutlineofInvestigation,andthatinvolvesariskoffire,electricshock,orinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingtheappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementsasdeterminednecessarytomaintaintheacceptablelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisOutlineofInvestigation.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisOutlineofInvestigationcannotbejudgedtocomplywiththisOutlineofInvestigation.Whereconsideredappropriate,revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisOutlineofInvestigation.
