【摘要】:ThispartofISO148coverstheverificationoftheconstructionalelementsofpendulum-typeimpacttestingmachines.Itisapplicabletomachineswith2mmor8mmstrikersusedforpendulumimpacttestscarriedout,forinstance,inaccordancewithISO148-1.Itcananalogouslybeappliedtopendulumimpacttestingmachinesofvariouscapacitiesandofdifferentdesign.Impactmachinesusedforindustrial,generalorresearchlaboratorytestingofmetallicmaterialsinaccordancewiththispartofISO148arereferredtoasindustrialmachines.Thosewithmorestringentrequirementsarereferredtoasreferencemachines.SpecificationsfortheverificationofreferencemachinesarefoundinISO148-3.ThispartofISO148describestwomethodsofverification.a)Thedirectmethod,whichisstaticinnature,involvesmeasurementofthecriticalpartsofthemachinetoensurethatitmeetstherequirementsofthispartofISO148.Instrumentsusedfortheverificationandcalibrationaretraceabletonationalstandards.Directmethodsareusedwhenamachineisbeinginstalledorrepaired,oriftheindirectmethodgivesanon-conformingresult.b)Theindirectmethod,whichisdynamicinnature,usesreferencetestpiecestoverifypointsonthemeasuringscale.ApendulumimpacttestingmachineisnotincompliancewiththispartofISO148untilithasbeenverifiedbyboththedirectandindirectmethodsandmeetstherequirementsofClauses6and7.TherequirementsforthereferencetestpiecesarefoundinISO148-3.ThispartofISO148takesintoaccountthetotalenergyabsorbedinfracturingthetestpieceusinganindirectmethod.Thistotalabsorbedenergyconsistsof--theenergyneededtobreakthetestpieceitself,and--theinternalenergylossesofthependulumimpacttestingmachineperformingthefirsthalf-cycleswingfromtheinitialposition.NOTEInternalenergylossesaredueto--airresistance,frictionofthebearingsoftherotationaxisandoftheindicatingpointerofthependulumwhichcanbedeterminedbythedirectmethod(see6.4.5),and--shockofthefoundation,vibrationoftheframeandpendulumforwhichnosuitablemeasuringmethodsandapparatushavebeendeveloped.
