【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesanumberoftermsrelatingtovitreousandporcelainenamelsandtheirtechnology.Thislistisnotcompleteandonlycomprisesthosetermsforwhichthedefinitionisconsiderednecessaryforcorrectandadequateunderstandinginordertoclarifytheseprocesses.Itshouldbeunderstoodthattheinterpretationsgivenarethosecorrespondingtothepracticalusageinthisfieldandthattheydonotnecessarilycoincidewiththoseusedinotherfields.Forpurposesofclarification,thetermVitreousEnamel,usedthroughoutthisEuropeanStandard,issynonymouswithPorcelainEnamel,thetermfavouredintheUnitedStatesandsomeothercountries.
