【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60904describestheprocedureforcorrectingthebiaserrorintroducedinthetestingofaphotovoltaicdevice,causedbythemismatchbetweenthetestspectrumandthereferencespectrumandbythemismatchbetweenthespectralresponses(SR)ofthereferencecellandofthetestspecimen.TheprocedureappliesonlytophotovoltaicdeviceslinearinSRasdefinedinIEC60904-10.Thisprocedureisvalidforsinglejunctiondevicesbuttheprinciplemaybeextendedtocovermultijunctiondevices.Thepurposeofthisstandardistogiveguidelinesforthecorrectionofmeasurementbias,shouldtherebeamismatchbetweenboththetestspectrumandthereferencespectrumandbetweenthereferencedeviceSRandthetestspecimenSR.SinceaPVdevicehasawavelength-dependentresponse,itsperformanceissignificantlyaffectedbythespectraldistributionoftheincidentradiation,whichinnaturalsunlightvarieswithseveralfactorssuchaslocation,weather,timeofyear,timeofday,orientationofthereceivingsurface,etc.,andwithasimulatorvarieswithitstypeandconditions.Iftheirradianceismeasuredwithathermopile-typeradiometer(thatisnotspectrallyselective)orwithareferencesolarcell,thespectralirradiancedistributionoftheincominglightmustbeknowntomakethenecessarycorrectionstoobtaintheperformanceofthePVdeviceunderthereferencesolarspectraldistributiondefinedinIEC60904-3.IfareferencePVdeviceorathermopiletypedetectorisusedtomeasuretheirradiancethen,followingtheproceduregiveninthisstandard,itispossibletocalculatethespectralmismatchcorrectionnecessarytoobtaintheshort-circuitcurrentofthetestPVdeviceunderthereferencesolarspectralirradiancedistributionincludedinTable1ofIEC60904-3oranyotherreferencespectrum.IfthereferencePVdevicehasthesamerelativespectralresponseasthetestPVdevicethenthereferencedeviceautomaticallytakesintoaccountdeviationsofthereallightspectraldistributionfromthestandardspectraldistribution,andnofurthercorrectionofspectralbiaserrorsisnecessary.Inthiscase,locationandweatherconditionsarenotcriticalwhenthereferencedevicemethodisusedforoutdoorperformancemeasurementsprovidedbothreferencecellandtestPVdevicehavethesamerelativespectralresponse.Also,foridenticalrelativeSR's,thespectralclassificationofthesimulatorisnotcriticalforindoormeasurements.IftheperformanceofaPVdeviceismeasuredusingaknownspectralirradiancedistribution,itsshort-circuitcurrentatanyotherspectralirradiancedistributioncanbecomputedusingthespectralresponseofthePVtestdevice.
